What people say about PST®
• There’s life before Blue Belt, and then there’s life after Blue Belt. The latter is immeasurably (but ironically, measurably) better. Gabriel S.
• This course provided really thorough instruction in DSRP Theory. I would recommend it completely because there is NOTHING like it anywhere else. Everything you need to improve your thinking abilities is here, you just have to put in the work and trust the process. The growth mindset of UpThinking and the skills to manifest that growth are fostered and provided, leading to real outcomes for a better life. – Heather C.
• The concepts and approaches to thinking presented in this course are life-changing. Particularly for me, the presentation of DSRP-483 creates a fluidity in my thinking, where I can visualize the overlapping, integrated systems that are all around us. Webs of causation have more meaning when you understand the concept of simultaneity dynamic presented toward the end of this course. Along with the equality and co-implication dynamic, they become a crescendo to the previously presented and always practical concepts presented. – Lori F.
• I found the chats and cohorts super helpful for reflection and growth. Practically speaking, the 83 of DSRP483 in the Blue Belt course helped me begin to understand DSRP “footwork” with more precision. – Andrew H.
• I find that doing the Blue Belt course finally brought it back to me that I have to take pause to think. I often write following my train of thought to get completely stuck in it. Lately, I have been tracking back a lot, going back my train of thought to see where I derailed and think it over. Doing that has helped me to take pause to think before I derail, getting closer and closer day by day to the point where the derailment is actually originating from. I do have to fight, still, with this idea that ‘I do not make enough progress,’ but with my work improving I think that monster will shut up eventually too. – Henny V.
• Thinking affects success in life more than any other skill. This course teaches what thinking is, and remarkably, how anyone can quickly get better at it. I never guessed that better thinking skills could be this easy, improve this fast, and be so useful in everything I do. – Scott M.
