Here’s What You Get:
Flow for the Many is the product of nearly three decades of research into performance neuroscience and the largest peak human performance training dataset ever assembled.
At the Flow Research Collective, Steven’s flagship training was called Zero to Dangerous. The idea was simple: translate the cutting edge of neuroscience to simple and actionable practices that someone could use today to improve their performance.
It was a dense six-month training that took six to ten hours a week of work. After seven years of running that training, Steven was able to take all the diagnostics and training data to streamline the process from distracted and burnt out to executive athletes.
Twelve quests. Each one is a video, most under 30 minutes—some closer to 10—followed by a single experiment to run in your own life that week.
Flow for the Many is the 5% that you can do today that leads to a 95% improvement in nearly every area of your life.
This training gives you neuroscience-based actions you can take right away to get into flow more often, cut distraction, stress, and burnout, and improve your recovery and energy.
12 Quests
So that you understand the science of flow and exactly which levers move your performance.
12 Experiments
So that you turn each lesson into a real change in your own week, not just something you watched.
1 Complete blueprint
So that you have the full system—daily practices, weekly rituals, and recovery—in one place forever.
What’s covered:
01.Your Primary Flow Activity
We start with defining flow and figuring out where it exists in your life. Eliminating things that block flow and designing the conditions that trigger flow.
02.The Excellence Experiment
This is where we’ll map your capacity. Have you ever wondered how many items should actually be on your to-do list?
03.Invisible Skills
Here, Steven will cover the invisible skills you already have but might not notice, the ones that produce flow with little to no effort.
04.Clear Goals
Here we’ll break down the science of why most goals fail, then how to architect goals that your brain will follow through with.
05.Complete Concentration
Here you’ll learn the practical neuroscience behind complete concentration. More natural focus. Less distractions.
06.The Challenge-Skills Tune-Up
There’s an optimal challenge-to-skills balance. Here, Steven will cover how to use the difficulty dial for optimal attention and excitement.
07.Nervous System Management
We live in a world of stress and burnout. But it doesn’t need to be. In this module, you’ll learn the science behind regulating your nervous system and practices you can use in times of high stress.
08.Creativity Microdosing
In a world of AI, your ability to create, innovate and think laterally is what separates you from machine. Here you’ll learn how to strengthen your creativity.
09.Immediate Feedback
In this section, you’ll learn the neuroscience behind immediate feedback and how to use your environment to gather data about how to perform better.
10.Recovery
Perhaps the most important section—how you recover is how you perform. In this section, Steven will break down the physiology behind how you recover and how you manage energy.
11.Finding a Mission
Look at the most successful people in the world. They didn’t get to where they were because of pure grit and hard work. There’s a secret engine inside of purpose and meaning. Here’s the science of how to turn that engine on.
12.Compound Interest
The last quest is focused on how you sustain peak performance and compound consistent progress to achieve what you never thought was possible.
This is for you if:
- You’re already working hard and want more from the hours you’re putting in, rather than more hours.
- You like knowing why. Every protocol comes with the science and mechanism behind it.
- You are committed to personal development.
- You want to remove distractions in a world engineered to interrupt you.
- You have big goals that you want to achieve, and you know the only way to get there is by changing how you perform.
- You want to learn the rest & recovery protocol for banishing stress, burnout and sustaining peak performance long-term.
