We’ll also explore the science of neuroplasticity and how you can use it to keep evolving.

SESSION 3
The Survival Mode
Your survival brain is always on the lookout for danger — and while that once kept us alive, today it often holds us back. In this module, we’ll explore how our instincts can sabotage growth if left unchecked. You’ll learn how to recognize these patterns and override them when they no longer serve you.
You’ll walk away with the ability to spot when your survival brain is running the show — and the tools to shift back into a state where growth and progress become possible.

The Emotional Mode
Your emotional brain shapes how you connect with others and how you see yourself. In this module, we’ll explore motivation, relationships, and self-image.

The Executive Mode

We’ll explore the role of routines, habits, and discipline, and how a genuine sense of control can protect you from falling into learned helplessness.

Own Your Life
This is where it all comes together. In this final module, we’ll look at the core drivers of joy and pain, and how they shape the choices we make every day.
You’ll discover the compensation mechanisms we develop — some healthy, some less so — and how to become aware of the patterns running your life.
Most importantly, you’ll learn how to step out of autopilot and make a conscious choice about the life you want to create.
