Begin here. Three programs to learn the core tools and apply them to your life and your coaching. This is where you learn The Model. Everything else builds from here.

Go Deeper With Deep Dives
Go deeper. Six modules on feelings, buffering, relationships, goals, money, and confidence. Learn what’s most relevant to you and come back to the other tools as you need them.

Demonstrate Your Understanding
Get Certified. Once you understand the tools, take the exam to assess your knowledge and earn your certification. You’ll pass with a score of 70% or higher, and you can retake it during your access period.

The Deep Dive Modules:
Once you’ve got the foundation, you go deeper. Six modules, each one focused on a specific coaching domain:
01 The Model & Self-Coaching
The CTFAR model — mastered, not just memorized. Facts versus stories. Bridge thoughts, ladder thoughts, and the powerful questions that reveal what someone is really thinking.
02 Feelings & Emotional Management
What feelings actually are. The difference between emotions and sensations. How to allow an emotion without resisting, reacting, or avoiding it. How to spot the indulgent ones — worry, confusion, overwhelm — the ones your clients will wear like armor. This is how you hold space without getting in the pool.
03 Buffering
Overeating. Overdrinking. Overworking. Scrolling. All of it is buffering — using external things to change how you feel internally. False pleasures versus true pleasures. Urge processing. The desire cycle. Your clients will come to you with these patterns. You’ll be ready.
04 Relationships
Every client will bring you a relationship problem. Every single one. Manuals — the unspoken rulebooks we write for other people. Boundaries as actions you take, not requests you make. Unconditional love as something you practice.
05 Goals & Time Management
Setting goals from abundance instead of scarcity. The Monday Hour One system. Scheduling results, not just tasks. You’ll coach people who know exactly what they want but can’t seem to make it happen. You’ll show them why.
06 Money & Self Confidence
These are the beliefs that keep people small. Scarcity, underearning, the fear of having more. Self confidence as trust in yourself to handle any emotion. You’ll coach people through the invisible walls they’ve built around what they think is possible.
